  We have recently had the benefit of using this company for a property purchase in Spain (March ’17) and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Despite advice form a number of estate agents that the use of a solicitor is unnecessary, we found the information and support from Juan Carlos and his team invaluable. The service was consistently prompt and extremely professional from initial contact through the signing of the purchase contract with the Notary and afterwards with setting up Utilities accounts and even the preparation of a Will. Very refreshing to get a proper 5 Star service.

  I used TLA to buy a property in Alicante. Despite the agents told me not to use a lawyer, I found Juan Carlos, and he was really efficient and made a extremely detailed report, and detected some problems that even the owners did not know (of course the agents neither). I did not complete the purchase, but for sure I will use them again in the future when finding another property to buy in Spain.

  We used TLA In Quesada to purchase a bank repossession property. We were very fortunate to have an excellent service from Mati, Lorena and team. We received initial free, accurate and very helpful advice on both the advantages and disadvantages of buying this type of property and all the charges we would be likely to incur. After we had chosen a property Mati organised absolutely everything we needed and kept us informed at every stage through to translating the procedure at the notary where we finally got the keys. Mati deserves a medal for the amount of effort she put into obtaining the necessary certificates and dealing with the less than helpful bank that was selling the property.
